Two books that have greatly influenced the way I look at leadership and parenting are the books QBQ! The question behind the question by John G. Miller and Good Leaders Ask Great Questions by John Maxwell. There is even a great QBQ! book for the parent. Both of these books are great reads and I encourage you to take a look at both of them as you look to better your parenting and leadership skills for your family.
